We want you to love your Posha.
But if it’s not the right fit—we’ve got you covered.
Introduction
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, or a product might not work out the way you hoped. That’s why we offer a 30-day trial to help you try Posha in your kitchen, risk-free.
If you’d like to return your Posha, just reach out to us at care@posha.com within your trial window. We’ll handle the rest—including a convenient pickup.
Cancelling Your Posha Robot Order
You can cancel your order anytime before it ships for a full refund:
- Email care@posha.com to cancel.
- Once cancelled, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–4 business days.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If you wish to return a shipped order, please refer to our Return Policy.
Cancelling Your Accessory Order
Accessory orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping or tracking info is shared. If the item has already shipped, please refer to the Returning Accessories section above.
Returns for Posha Device
Return Window
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your Posha device.
- After 30 days, returns aren’t accepted—whether or not the product has been used.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us: Email care@posha.com within the 30‑day window.
- Quick check: We may ask for photos to confirm the device is in good physical condition.
- Label provided: Once approved, we’ll send you a pre‑paid shipping label.
- Ship on time: Please ship your return within 14 days of approval. If it isn’t shipped within that timeframe, the return request will be canceled.
Packaging Requirements
Repacking is the customer’s responsibility.
- Use original packaging: All returns must be shipped in the original box and inserts to protect the product in transit.
- Need a replacement box? If you no longer have it, you can purchase a replacement for a non‑refundable $40.
Refunds, Timing, and Fees
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Not following the return instructions may delay your refund and could lead to additional deductions.
- Restocking fee: $100 will be deducted to cover handling, inspection, and system resets.
- Cleaning fee (if needed): If the device isn’t reasonably clean, a $50 cleaning fee will apply. We check that:
- Interior cooking chambers are free of food residue and buildup
- All removable parts are cleaned and sanitized
- Exterior surfaces are free of stains, grease, and cooking residue
- There are no lingering cooking odors
- Inspection timeline: All returned products are inspected at Posha’s sole discretion. Please allow up to 1 week after delivery of your return for inspection. We’ll then confirm your refund status and any applicable deductions.
Condition & Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund (subject to restocking and any applicable cleaning fees), the returned product must:
- Be in good condition, free from improper use or physical damage.
- Be free from severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt, or damage.
- Include all parts and materials that were included at delivery (intact and handled with care).
Accessory Returns
Posha robot accessories (such as ingredient containers and other accessories) cannot be returned. If you experience a quality issue, please report it within 30 days of delivery by emailing care@posha.com.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your device arrives damaged, defective, or with a missing component:
- Report within 7 days of delivery to care@posha.com.
- If we determine the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
